POLICY
Satellite Equipment Return and Refunds
Before Activation
If your system cannot be installed at your residence or you decided
you want to cancel before the equipment is activated. Please
contact at 866 232 8656 and we’ll have the full amount
of your ordered credited back to your account. The Professional
Installer will also keep possession of the satellite equipment.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 to 7 business
days and checks refunds may take up to 30 to 45 days. Please note
your account will show a charge from DIRECTV and not from DIRECTVIEW
After Activation
Once your DIRECTV system is activated, you will not be eligible
for a refund. Please note that accepting DIRECTV’s Terms
and Conditions you may have to pay early contract termination
fee. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
If you are experiencing any technical problems, please contact
DIRECTV at 1 800 DIRECTV.
Non-Satellite Equipment Returns and Refunds
You may return most items sold by DIRECTVIEW within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund as long as the serial number on UPC
is in tact. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return
of certain items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that we deem has obvious signs of use.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or
is missing parts.

Free Gift Returns
If you are experiencing problems with your free gift from DIRECTVIEW,
please contact us at 866-232-8656.
Delivery Time
When you place an order for a DIRECTV Satellite system, we will
contact you within 48 hours by phone to arrange an installation
date. These dates are based availability in our area.
For all other items, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates
for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping
options you choose. We will ship by ground, unless otherwise noted.
After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery
date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
